I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and owner of Life Revisions Counseling, LLC in Catonsville Maryland. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Arts in Criminal Justice, Master of Science in Mental Health Therapy and a Post-Bach Certification in Couples and Family Systems. I also possess a certification as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH). I have specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder and Proper Component of Care from Postpartum Support International (PSI). With this training, Iā€™m able to screen and offer therapy services to clients who struggle with Perinatal Mood Disorder, Post-Adoption Depression and Anxiety. I also have training in conducting clinical assessments such as T Visa, U Visa, Asylum and VAWA.

My areas of specialization include anxiety, gender identification, LGBTQ+, couples- including pre-marital, interracial and inter-religious, polyamorous couples, police, military and authority personnel. I also offer speaking engagements on premarital counseling, LGBTQ+ affirmative counseling, effective communication, healthy relationships, cultural differences on raising African children in American culture and preparing for private practice.

In 2017, I published a Premarital Counseling Workbook called, Before I do: Complete Premarital Counseling Workbook for Heterosexual, LGBTQ and Polyamorous Couples. I was inspired to write this book after years of working with couples from different ethnic, cultural, sexual and racial backgrounds. I soon realized the lack of information that didn't fit the needs for my particular clientele. I created an interactive workbook that is gender neutral, user friendly and client focused. I wanted a workbook that my clients and other couples felt comfortable completing with a professional or in the comfort of their own home.
